Lee Jae Yong, also known as Jay Y. Lee, is the son of Lee Kun-hee. He is the executive chairman of Samsung Electronics and has an estimated net worth of US$11 billion. In 2014, he was named the world's 35th most powerful person by Forbes Magazine.
Lee Jae Yong was born in Seoul in 1968 as the grandson of Samsung founder Lee Byung-chull and the only son of Samsung Electronics chairman Lee Kun-hee.
