Hun Manet, born in 1977, is the prime minister of Cambodia and vice president of the ruling Cambodian People's Party. He previously served in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and holds the title of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei.
In June 2020, Hun Manet was promoted to the head of the CPP's youth wing, marking a significant advancement in his political career.
On 4 December 2021, Hun Manet was unanimously elected by the Cambodian People's Party Central Committee as the party's future candidate for prime minister after Hun Sen, solidifying his position as the prime minister-in-waiting.

On 22 August 2023, Hun Manet was sworn in as the new prime minister of Cambodia, following the resignation of Hun Sen after the 2023 general election.
