Establishment of Shichuan Contemporary New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

In October 2019, Contemporary FAW Power Battery Co., Ltd. established Shichuan Contemporary New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Establishment of Shanghai Kuaibu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

In March 2020, Contemporary FAW Power Battery Co., Ltd. formed a joint venture with Fujian Baicheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (BACN) to establish Shanghai Kuaibu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Establishment of Xinneng East (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd.

In April 2020, Contemporary FAW Power Battery Co., Ltd. established a joint venture with East Group Co., Ltd. to create Xinneng East (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd.
