In October 2020, the United States Government Department of Justice filed an Anti-Trust Lawsuit against Alphabet Inc over Google's monopoly on Search.

Google is incorporated as a company on September 4th by founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin along with investor Andy Bechtolsheim.
